Take notice that on the 15th day of September 2005, an application for putting PC Game Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 5th day of December 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Atari Australia Pty Limited, having
its registered office at 32 Bowden Street, Alexandria,
New South Wales, 2015, Australia, and whose address for service is Lowndes Jordan, Level Twenty-two, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street (P.O. Box 5966), Auckland.
