Take notice that on the 4th day of August 2005, an application for putting Choice Plaza Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 7th day of February 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Vang Ly, whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Level Twenty, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (P.O. Box 5745 or D.X. C.P. 24-036), Auckland.
