Take notice that on the 17th day of August 2005, an application for putting into liquidation Te Apii Reo Kuki Airani Incorporated (struck off) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 3rd day of November 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland
Revenue Department, 1 Bryce Street, Hamilton.
