Take notice that on the 13th day of September 2005, an application for the winding up of Future Hope Holdings Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 31st day of October 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Trevor Rex Cruden and Suzanne Maire Wilson, whose address for service is at the offices of Home Transfer Centre situated at 83 Moray Place (P.O. Box 5499), Dunedin.
