Take notice that on the 26th day of September 2005, an application for putting Global Teak NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of December 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Global Teak NZ Limited, Ronald Matthew Blair and Francis Roberts, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates Solicitors, Level Five, Lowndes Associates House, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiffs at that address or:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
(b) transmitted to Lowndes Associates by facsimile on (09) 373 3423.
