Take notice that on the 5th day of August 2005, an application for putting L L Distributors Limited (trading as St Clair Cookware) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of October 2005 at 10.00 am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Gourmet Food Publishing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Corporate Collections Limited, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
