Take notice that on Tuesday, the 23rd day of August 2005, an application to put Port Hutt Air Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 31st day of October 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Chatham Islands Council, whose address for service is at the offices of B. A. Gibson, Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Laptop House, 23 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington.
