Take notice that on the 10th day of August 2005, an application for putting Goldsteins Finance Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of October 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Auckland City Council, whose address for service is at the offices of the firm Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Simpson Grierson Building, Level Twenty-seven, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
