Take notice that on the 6th day of September 2005, an application for putting Roslea Path Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 10th day of October 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Crumlin Farms Trust Partnership and Barry Ross Hanna and Judith Maria Hanna, whose address for service is at the offices of Hucker & Associates, P.O. Box 2843, Shortland Street, Auckland.
