Take notice that on the 29th day of August 2005, an application to put Indoor Sports Centres New Zealand Limited and ISC Fitness Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 10th day of October 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other that the defendant companies, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is High Trees Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Keegan Alexander, Level Twelve, AMI Insurance Building, 63 Albert Street, Auckland.
