Take notice that on the 29th day of July 2005, an application for putting Skipjack Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 29th day of September 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Edgar Yan Kai Hung, Johann Michael Anthony Lappen, Annette Maree Schmeide, Robert Desmond Boylan, Trevor David Chappell and Julie Ann Elliott, whose address for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors, 89 The Terrace, Wellington.
