Take notice that on the 26th day of August 2005, an application for the liquidation of Arkin Investments Limited (formerly known as Advanced Plastics Limited) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of October 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Geoffrey Roy Harnett, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Jackson Russell, Third Floor, 9 Princes Street, Auckland (Attention: Richard Norman Tudway Norris).
