Take notice that on the 21st day of December 2004, an application for putting MacDonald Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 28th day of February 2005
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
