Take notice that on the 12th day of July 2005, an application for putting O’Rourke & Sons Landscaping Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 6th day of October 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is JA & JL Jamieson Co Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Dawsons Solicitors, 371 Ti Rakau Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 38-143, Howick, Auckland; or
