Take notice that on the 9th day of August 2005, an application to put Aquawalk International Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level Sixteen, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, and carrying on business as a developer, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 15th day of September 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
