Take notice that on the 5th day of August 2005, an application for putting Avoca Residential Limited and Avoca Commercial Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 29th day of September 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant companies, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Sumich Plumbing Services Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Palmer & Associates, 203 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.
