Take notice that on the 7th day of July 2005, an application for putting into liquidation Executive Destress Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 12th day of September 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland
Revenue Department, 1 Bryce Street, Hamilton.
