Take notice that on the 9th day of August 2005, an application for putting Barry’s Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 19th day of September 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Bradley Guy McLeay and Lee Ryan, of Nelson, whose address for service is at the offices of Stephen Sansom, Solicitor, Level One, 237 Queen Street (P.O. Box 3134), Richmond, Nelson.
