Take notice that on Friday, the 7th day of January 2005, an application for putting Tiger Sports Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 14th day of April 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
