Take notice that on the 25th day of July 2005, an application for putting Pukemiro Collieries (2000) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of September 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Stevenson Campbell, a firm carrying on business as barristers and solicitors at 65 Clyde Road, Browns Bay, Auckland.
