Take notice that on the 21st day of July 2005, an
application for putting Structural Engineering Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 29th day of August 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Bank of New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors,
Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch (Attention: Angela Burgess).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
