And—International Software Distributor Network Limited (in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Meltzer Mason Heath, Level Five, 345 Queen Street, Auckland—Defendant:
Take notice that on Tuesday, the 19th day of July 2005, an application for putting International Software Distributor Network Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 29th day of September 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is C.T.T. One Limited (in receivership),
whose address for service is at the offices of R. A. Fraser
& Associates, Solicitors, Level Two, 151 Worcester Street (P.O. Box 163), Christchurch.
