Take notice that on the 11th day of July 2005, an application for putting Southern Structures Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, the 1st day of September 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Titan Cranes Limited, whose address for service is care of the offices of Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Letts, Solicitors, Second Floor, 1 Margaret Street (P.O. Box 31-240), Lower Hutt.
