Take notice that on the 24th day of November 2004,
an application for putting TJ Logging Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 7th day of February 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is AB Equipment Limited, whose address
for service is the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors,
18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
