Take notice that on the 11th day of January 2005, an application for putting Scenic Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of March 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is General Mortgage Nominees Limited, whose registered office is at the offices of Crichton Horne
& Associates, 109 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, and whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
