Take notice that on the 8th day of December 2004, an application for putting Boxster Holdings Limited (formerly known as General Capital Group Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of February 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, whose address for service is at their offices situated on the Ground
Floor, Otago House, corner of Princes Street and Moray Place, Dunedin.
