Take notice that on the 16th day of June 2005, an application for putting Useful Purposes (No. 2) Limited (formerly known as Angus Kenson Contracting Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 18th day of July 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Redeal Limited (trading as Ideal Electrical Suppliers), whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Simpson Grierson Building, Level Eleven, 92-96 Albert Street, Auckland.
