In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between BP Oil New Zealand Limited, of Wellington—Plaintiff:
And—Christchurch Diesels Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service and registered office at 750 Halswell Junction Road, Hornby, Christchurch—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 26th day of April 2005, an application for putting Christchurch Diesels Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 18th day of July 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BP Oil New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
Further particulars of the statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be obtained from the office of
the Court or from the plaintiff at its address for service,
