Take notice that on the 17th day of June 2005, an application to put Highgate Motors Limited into liquidation was filed
in the High Court in Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 12th day of September 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Motor Vehicle Dealers Institute Incorporated, whose address for service is care of
Izard Weston, Lawyers, P.O. Box 5348, Wellington.
