Take notice that on the 10th day of December 2004, an application for putting First City Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 7th day of February 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Asia 2000 Foundation of New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level Twenty-one, HP Tower, 171 Featherston Street, Auckland (Attention: R. L. Pinny).
