Take notice that on the 30th day of November 2004, an application for putting Vinayak Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 3rd day of March 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BP Oil New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, HSBC Tower, Level Twenty-four, 195 Lambton Quay, Wellington.
