In the matter of section 289 of the Companies Act 1993, between David Charles Metcalfe, of State Highway No. 10, Kerikeri, businessman—Plaintiff:
And—Keri Group Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 88 Kerikeri Road, Kerikeri—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 16th day of May 2005, an application to place Keri Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 27th day of June 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is David Charles Metcalfe, whose address for service is at the offices of Richard Charles Mark, Solicitor,
9 Hobson Avenue (P.O. Box 172), Kerikeri.
