Take notice that on Wednesday, the 3rd day of November 2004, an application for putting Jasper Waters Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 7th day of February 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
