Take notice that on the 13th day of May 2005, an application for putting Namel Limited (in receivership) (formerly known as Rolle Limited) into liquidation by
the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 20th day of June 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ian Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy (as receivers of Namel Limited
(in receivership)), whose address for service is at the
offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level One, United Building, 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, P.O. Box 2966, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, D.X. S.P. 22-035, Wellington; or
