Take notice that on the 22nd day of April 2005, an application for putting Phoenix Plumbing Supplies Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 7th day of June 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Caroma Industries (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level Thirty, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
