Take notice that on the 21st day of April 2005, an application for putting NZ Federation of United Sea Food Interests Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 30th day of May 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Rangitata Diversion Race Management Limited, whose registered office is at Electricity Ashburton Limited, 12-20 Kermode Street, Ashburton, and whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (03) 379 5659.
