Take notice that on the 17th day of December 2004, an application for putting Southern Cross Logistics (2001) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on the 9th day of February 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Emmetts Service Centre Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Fitzherbert
Rowe, Barristers and Solicitors, Levels Seven and
Eight, State Insurance Building, 61-75 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
