into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 3rd day of May 2005, an application for putting Rivercity Panelbeaters Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on the 1st day of June 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Cameron Ross Law Partnership, Solicitors, Third Floor, Wairere House, corner of Somme Parade and Bates Street, Wanganui.
