Take notice that on the 4th day of March 2005, an application for putting Te Kowhai Group Limited (formerly known as 11 The Avenue Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 26th day of May 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Avenue Builders Limited
(in liquidation), whose address for service is at the
offices of George Bogiatto, Solicitor, Level One, West Plaza Building, 3 Albert Street, Auckland.
