Take notice that on the 20th day of December 2004, an application to put Lifestyle Electrical Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 7th day of February 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Crane Distribution (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Connell
& Connell, Level Fifteen, ASB Bank Centre, corner of Wellesley and Albert Streets, Auckland.
