Take notice that on the 9th day of February 2005, an application for putting Volcanic Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 12th day of May 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Mace Contractors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Daniel Overton & Goulding, Barristers and Solicitors, 33 Selwyn Street (P.O. Box 13-017 or D.X. E.P. 71-005), Onehunga, Auckland.
