South Pacific Tyres N.Z. Limited, of Upper Hutt—Plaintiff:
And—Pencarrow Transport Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service at the offices of Kendons, Chartered Accountants, 69 Rutherford Street, Lower Hutt—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 29th day of March 2005, an application for putting Pencarrow Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 9th day of May 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is South Pacific Tyres N.Z. Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
