Take notice that on the 14th day of December 2004, an application for putting Rad Bodiez Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 1st day of February 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Musashi NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Vero Centre,
48 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 4199 or D.X. C.P. 20509), Auckland.
