Take notice that on the 22nd day of November 2004, an application for putting Mach 3 Limited in liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 31st day of January 2005 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
