Take notice that on the 9th day of March 2005, an application to put Reporoa Ostrich Hatchery Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 9th day of May 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Waiongaonga Farms Limited, whose address for service is care of M. J. Toner, Solicitor, 19 Third Avenue (P.O. Box 13-394 or D.X. H.P. 40-026), Tauranga.
