In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between South Pacific Tyres N.Z. Limited, of Upper Hutt, manufacturer—Plaintiff:
And—Loyal Group Logistics Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service and registered office at 380 Bucklands Beach Road, Howick, Auckland—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 21st day of February 2005, an application for putting Loyal Group Logistics Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, the 3rd day of May 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is South Pacific Tyres N.Z. Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
