Take notice that on the 4th day of February 2005, an application for putting Truweld Engineering Kerikeri Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 5th day of April 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street
