Take notice that on the 29th day of November 2004,
an application for putting Hirst Engineering Services
Co. Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 5th day of April 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Shortland Street Investment Group, whose address for service is care of O’Sheas, 70 Rostrevor Street (P.O. Box 460), Hamilton.
