Take notice that on the 23rd day of December 2004, an application for putting Aotearoa Rugby Football League Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Tuesday, the 5th day of April 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Go International Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Shieff Angland, Solicitors, Third Floor, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street
