Take notice that on the 23rd day of November 2004, an application for putting The International Society for Krishna Consciousness Wellington Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 31st day of January 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
